In our Laboratory we offer a customized service of microbiologic analysis on food to food industry opetaros, catering professionals and food shop managers called upon to ensure food quality and safety.

The proposed analysis are finalised to determine safety indicators, altering microorganisms and food hygiene indicators on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products to verify food safety.
