ANALYSIS LABORATORY
We are a group of technicians and professionals with extensive experience in chemical and microbiological analysis. In our private and independent laboratory, we perform analysis on many different matrices, from olive oils to cosmetics, always improving and obtaining new quality assurance certifications for accurate and consistent results.

Analysis on oils from olives
We carry out analysis for the merchological classification of oils, for the assessment of conformity with legislation and for reliable labelling.
Fat subastances analysis
We monitor contaminants and investigate the product profile, quality, authenticity, nutritional and health contents of fatty substances.
