Water Chemical Analysis
The Laboratory performs various types of water analysis, formulating customised analytical proposals adapted to the needs of our customers, which differ according to the type of water treated, its intended use and its specific identity.
If necessary, our specialised personnel also carry out preliminary inspections and sampling activities.
Below is a list of the different analysis proposed according to the type of water to be examined.
Concern water intended for human consumption, we look for the analytical parameters required under D.Lgs 31/01 as amended:
For water discharged into surface watercourses, sewers and ground, we search for the following parameters set out in the Annexes to D.Lgs 152/2006 as amended:
Regard to pool water analysis, we follow the parameters indicated in the national agreement 16/01/2003 as amended:
On groundwater, we analyse the parameters set out in D.Lgs 152/06 as amended (Annex 5 to Title V Part IV-Tab 2):

Analysis on oils from olives
We carry out analysis for the merchological classification of oils, for the assessment of conformity with legislation and for reliable labelling.
Fat subastances analysis
We monitor contaminants and investigate the product profile, quality, authenticity, nutritional and health contents of fatty substances.
Food product analysis
We carry out specific analysis on food products and offer technical, systematic and rational support in the implementation of self-control.
Microbiological analysis and molecular biology
We check the hygiene and safety of food for human or animal consumption, water, cosmetics, work surfaces and air.
Haccp consultancy
Training, drafting of self-control plans, monitoring of their implementation, chemical and microbiological analysis necessary for business security and development.
