Microbiological analysis of air

Using an SAS sampler, Surface Air System, our laboratory performs indoor air analysis in food production or work environments to assess healthiness, by means of bacterial and fungal load analysis.

This allows us to accurately determine the presence of microorganisms that are harmful to both products and workers’ health, such as bacteria and fungi.
